Booking information and payment:

  • NO BABIES OR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 YEARS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED.
  • Please refer to Francolin Lodge for our family suites
  • Prepayment in full no later than 1 week prior to arrival date will confirm your reservation. For all group bookings, or stays longer than 3 nights, an up-front 50% deposit will be required to secure the room. The outstanding balance will need to be settle 1 week prior to arrival.
  • International travellers please note that all commissions/bank charges are for the guests account when paying via EFT from outside South Africa.
  • We accept all major credit cards and do not charge a fee for this service.
  • Proof of payment is to be forwarded to info@loeriescall.co.za
  • Please note the 2 person maximum occupancy in all our rooms.
  • Children can not be accommodated, however, please refer to Francolin Lodge for our family suites.
  • All extra charges to be settled on departure.
  • We regret pets are not allowed.

Arrival and Departure:

  • Guests are welcome to check in between 2pm and 10pm.
  • Early check-ins can be arranged. Please make full use of our facilities while we hold your luggage and have it taken to your room once it is available.
  • Late check-ins after 10pm can be made by prior arrangement and may be with the night porter.
  • Guests are requested to check-out by 10:30am.
  • Late check-outs can be arranged in advance.


  • Cancellations:

  • All cancellations must be in writing to be valid and to confirm date of cancellation.
  • Cancellations less than 3 working days prior to arrival forfeit 100% total amount.
  • Group bookings for 4 or more, cancellations less than 7 working days prior to arrival forfeit 100% of total amount.
  • For Holiday/Event periods, cancellations less than 7 working days prior to arrival forfeit 100% of total amount.
  • All no shows will forfeit 100% of total booking amount.
  • For refunds – there will be a 10% admin fee charged off the total booking amount.
  • Should we be able to re-sell the room at any stage, no charge will be levied.

    • Please note that Loerie’s Call Guest House is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Should the no smoking policy of our establishment be ignored, penalties will be levied without consultation. For your convenience designated smoking areas have been established.
